Whenever you ask someone what makes Southwest Airlines distinctive, somewhere on the list will be the jokes that flight attendants tell during the safety instructions.

So…what’s the additional overhead required in order to make that happen?

You don’t have to spend a fortune to be distinctive.  It’s not about what you budget.

It’s about what you DO.
